Our Chef is inspired by everything around him. In our menu, for example, the dish called "Altopiano Ibleo" stands out for its originality. As it is easy to guess from the name, for the realization of this dish Fabio let himself be overwhelmed by the view on which the restaurant overlooks: looking and tasting the dish is a bit like looking beyond our hills, freeing the gaze and dreaming the imagination up to the coast.
All the ingredients you will find in our dishes have a strictly local origin, limited to our beautiful regione. The sun, the earth and the air of our beloved Sicily allow us to bring the highest quality and taste to our table. Furthermore, the strong link with the territory does not only concern the origin of the food, but also of the drinks; in fact, all the types of wine and beer we have chosen for your tastings are of strictly territorial origin.
