Chili Oil

Sicilian chili peppers, grown in our gardens without pesticides, are sun-dried and cold-infused into our organic Tonda Iblea extra virgin oil, slowly releasing their spicy character. The result is an oil with a warm colour and a decisive aroma, with a clean yet balanced heat that never overwhelms the fruity notes of the base oil. On the palate it unfolds harmoniously: first the sweet note of the EVO, then a heat that builds calmly and lingers without burning. Perfect on pizza, aglio e olio pasta, bruschetta, legume soups and grilled meats. Unlike industrial chili oils, here every drop tells of an excellent extra virgin meeting the Mediterranean character of Sicilian chili.
