Return and refund policy

1. Right of withdrawal

Consumer customers have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Consumer or a third party designated by them (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the products, pursuant to EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

2. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal is excluded for: a) Products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly — this applies to all fresh, perishable food products or those with a short expiry date. b) Sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons or for health protection and that have been opened after delivery — this applies to all packaged food products that have been opened. Given the predominantly food nature of our products, the right of withdrawal may only be exercised for non-perishable, unopened products with intact original packaging.

3. How to request a return

To exercise the right of withdrawal, send an explicit communication within 14 days of receiving the products to: - Email: info@tenutachiaramonte.com - PEC: tenutachiaramonte@pec.it Please include your order number, the products you wish to return and the reason for the return. You will receive confirmation by email with return shipping instructions.

4. Return shipping

Products must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal communication, at the Customer's expense, to: Tenuta Chiaramonte Società Agricola s.r.l. C.da Gisolfo S.P. 81 Km. 7,400 97100 Ragusa (RG), Italy Products must be returned in their original intact packaging, unopened and in resaleable condition.

5. Refund

The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned products, using the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund includes: - The price of the returned products - Original shipping costs (standard shipping) Not refundable: - Return shipping costs (at the Customer's expense) - Additional costs from choosing a delivery type other than standard The Seller may withhold the refund until receipt of the products or until the Consumer demonstrates that the products have been shipped.

6. Damaged or defective products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@tenutachiaramonte.com with photos of the product and packaging. In case of confirmed defect, we will replace the product or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
